He is the Executive Chairman / CEO of FDO Group of Companies.

Had his professional training with Akintola Williams & Co. (Chartered Accountants) (1980-89) during which he obtained his ICAN Licence to Practice.

He was actively involved in engagements performed for CBN, UBA Plc, PPMC, PTF, and NDIC.
His international engagements with the ADB in Ivory Coast, IFA in Nigeria (EEC in particular) have enlarged his capacity drive.
He was once the Chairman of the Board of External Auditors to the African Union (AU) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia heading a group of seasoned professional accountants chosen from 10 African countries to carry out the audit of the AU.
He was once a member of NMA Board, was appointed a member of the Committee to carry out complete overhaul and restructuring of the NDLEA by the Attorney General, Directors of many companies, Guest Speaker at many educational, business luncheons and professional gatherings.
Mr. Olajide Ajibola B.Sc, MBA, ACIB
Mr. Olajide Lawrence Ajibola is a Senior Financial and Management Consultant of repute.
He is a professional banker of over two decade working experience growing from the ranks up to the Senior Management Level before quitting the industry for higher challenges.
Holds a B.Sc. (Banking & Finance) and a Masters Degree (MBA).
He is an Associate member of :

Saheed Lasisi (Alhaji). Bsc, Msc, AAT, FCA.
Saheed is currently a General Manager in SIFAX GROUP. An Alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos, where he graduated with second honor, (upper division) in Accounting. He is a Fellow of the Institute Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, whose 16 years work experience spans a broad spectrum of the Nigerian economy.
He has been in investment banking, internal and external audit, management consultancy insurance, corporate finance, supply chain management, capital market and private equity, aviation and maritime.
Over the years, he has developed a strategic competence in structuring corporate finance and turning around of ailing companies. He played an active role in the acquisitions and turnaround of Perpetual Assurance Company Limited and Nigerian Wire and Cable Plc.
He had worked in Perpetual Assurance Company Ltd (now part of Standard Alliance Insurance Plc) as Financial Controller, Truebond Investments and Capital Limited as Group Head, Internal Control. He set up and managed the internal audit of various companies within the group such as, Carrier Insurance Brokers Limited, The Bookhouse Company Ltd etc.
He left Truebond Investments and Capital Limited as General Manager/Chief Operating Officer.
He served as a director in various quoted and unquoted companies among which are; Nigerian Wire and Cable Plc, Guardian Health Care Ltd, Truebond Capital and Asset Management Ltd, Truebond Microfinance Bank Limited, Western Properties and Leisure Ltd, Golden Tophedge Investments Ltd among others.
He was a member of The Transition Management Team of Skyway Aviation Handling Company Limited (SAHCOL) in charge of Finance, Internal audit, Admin& Procurement when the Federal Government of Nigeria handed off SAHCOL to the new investor, SIFAX GROUP in December, 2009.
He was later appointed the Head of Internal Control of SAHCOL in March, 2010 after the tenure of the Transition Management Team, a position he held till 30th September, 2013.
He is also a founding Director of Legacy Associates Limited(a firm that specializes in training of Chartered Accountant for big audit firms and corporate organizations)
He is actively involved in various educational and training programmes amongst which are:

He has facilitated many seminars and trainings both in Nigeria and Europe, the latest of which is; Bank Risk Analysis for Regulators in United Kingdom and Nigeria.
